Drone Suite 360, LLC Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policy

In this policy, we outline the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions for all services purchased through Drone Suite 360, LLC.

1. Refunds and Cancellation

Our services through Drone Suite 360, LLC are paid for in USD and are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual contract payments. While monthly contracts can be canceled at any given time, all previous payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer pro-rata refunds. The same applies to annual payments.

Should you choose to cancel your Drone Suite 360, LLC membership, please be aware that you will lose access to all data within our ecosystem, and be removed from platforms like our Facebook Group or Drone Suite 360 Private Community. Note that all data, including design patterns, support calls, etc., are non-recoverable.

However, refunds will not be issued beyond the initial purchase date for any reason.

2. Subscription Terms and Automatic Payments

As a Drone Suite 360, LLC user, it's your responsibility to ensure the timely settlement of all payments according to our subscription plan. Your account will be charged every month or year for the upcoming period's subscription fee, additional taxes, and accrued charges ('Fees').

Payments can be made securely via credit or debit card through our financial data collection facility. We record transaction details including purchase details and the debit/credit card's last four digits and validity.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, and depending on the subscription chosen, the user's account will be duly charged.

4. Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If payments are in arrears, your account and its associated services will be deleted after seven days of delinquency.

5. Access to Drone Suite 360, LLC Ecosystem

As a member of Drone Suite 360, LLC, you have access to our proprietary patent digital assets, training materials, CRM pipelines, and data tracking tools.

Upon cancellation of your membership, you will lose access to all information within our ecosystem and be removed from platforms such as our Facebook Group or our Drone Suite 360 Private Community.

5.1 Refund and Cancellation Exemptions

Please note that products or services sold on sale or at a discount are non-refundable.

Additionally, the refund policy does not apply to any non-utilization of the service. The responsibility falls on the user to meet payment obligations despite lack of use.
